Your Choices and Rights
Unsubscribe from Emails
If you no longer wish to receive promotional emails, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the promotional emails sent to you or by contacting us using the information below under the “How to Contact Us” section below. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving promotional emails from us, we may continue to send you non-promotional emails.
Do Not Track Signals and Global Privacy Control
Web browsers and other technologies you may use to access websites may include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. Given the divergent practices of organizations that offer browsers and the lack of a standard in the marketplace, we generally do not respond to do-not-track signals at this time. We recognize Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signals.

We maintain reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect the security, integrity, and confidentiality of your Personal Information and to prevent it from unauthorized use or disclosure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted through the internet.

Children
Our Website and services are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect any information, including Personal Information, from children under 18 years of age. Notice to California Residents
At this time, we are not subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us at info@SpecialistTeleMed.com. Please be aware, however, that we do not currently disclose your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes.
Notice to Residents in Texas and Nebraska
If you are a resident of Texas or Nebraska you may be entitled to the privacy rights described below.
